Jody was really professional. He called before going to the survey to ask if there was any areas of the property we were looking at purchasing we were concerned about. He called us after surveying the property to explain what he had done and that the report would be with us in the next few days. The survey was clear and thorough and highlighted all areas of the property. It showed points to bring up with our solicitors. Jody was also happy to discuss and points from the survey.

What a great service. I engaged Jody’s services, he immediately made an appointment with my seller. The seller stated what a nice man Jody is as; he was professional and respectful. We received our report back quickly. The report was very thorough. My only little negative was as an old fashioned person, I like printed information. The report was blue and took up loads of ink.
